Scheduling Lighting Demand Response
Demand Response (DR) and holiday override contribute to energy load reduction and savings during peak demand time and public holidays.
Consequently, by scheduling a Demand Response (DR), you can configure the time within which the DR and holiday override is pushed to the sensors, overriding the existing time of the day profile for the selected facility. After the scheduled DR time, the sensors revert to the existing time of the day profile.
- In System Browser, select Project > Field Networks > [SORIS network] > [Enlighted adapter] > [energy manager] > Demand Responses.
- In the Extended Operation tab, specify the following settings:
- Next to the ID property, enter the identifier of the demand response that you want to modify and click Save.
- Next to the Duration property, enter a numeric value for the demand response duration and click Save.
- Next to the Price Level property, select the wanted demand response price level and click Save.
- Next to the Pricing property, enter a numeric value for the demand response pricing and click Save.
This value is operational for the energy consumed during the demand response period.
- Next to the Start Time property, select date and time for the demand response start and click Save.
- Next to the DR Configuration property, click Create DR.
- System Browser refreshes and displays the new demand response schedule.
