Troubleshooting Connection Problems

Problem

Situation

Do the following...

OPC UA adapter cannot establish a secure connection with the OPC server. The following error occurs:

Error establishing a connection: Could not send an Open Secure Channel request.

The adapter cannot retrieve the certificates to connect to the OPC server. The user who activates the OPC UA Adapter as a service is different from the one who generated the application certificate.
