Create Incident Templates
- Select Applications > Notification > Incident Templates.
- The Incident Templates tab displays.
- Click Create
. - The Create New Object dialog box displays.
- From the Child Type drop-down list, select Incident Template and enter a name for the Incident template.
- The name is automatically set as the description in the Description field.
- Click OK.
- The incident template is created and displays in the System Browser.
- Open the Incident Template Trigger expander. Define the trigger rules. For more information, refer to Create an Incident Trigger Rule from the Incident Trigger Rules section.
- Click Save
. - The incident template is created.
