Setting NVR/DVR Configuration

  1. In the file system, navigate to C:\Program Files\Siemens\Video API\Api\Provider.
  2. Double-click Hikvision.
  3. In the login dialog box, enter username and password, and then click Logon.
    NOTE: The username and password are the ones set in the Credential Manager for HikVisionVmsProvider.
  5. Create new NVR or cameras as follows:
    a. In the HikvisionNVR/DVR Configurator page, click +.

    b. In the Hikvision NVR/DVR info page, complete the required fields.
    NOTE: If username and password are lost it is no longer possible to retrieve the configuration.

    c. Save the changes.
