Generate Cache

  1. The Main URL is configured for Advanced Reporting. For more information, see Create an Advanced Reporting Web Application.
  2. Advanced Reporting Templates are synchronized. For more information, see Synchronize Advanced Reporting Templates.
  3. Data cache settings are changed. For more information, see Change Data Caching Settings.
  4. Cache settings are configured and changed. For more information, see Configure the Cache Settings and Change Caching Settings.
  5. Layout settings are configured and changed. for more information, see Configure the Layout Settings and Change Layout Settings.
  6. Additional Energy Report Settings (for Cost, Emissions, Budget and Performance) are set. For more information, see Additional Energy Report Settings (for Cost, Emissions, Budget and Performance).
  7. System Manager is in Operating mode.
  1. In System Browser, select Application View.
  2. Select Applications > Advanced Reporting.
  3. Click the Application Viewer tab, and select the Job Create Cache from the menu options.
  4. In the Parameter dialog box, select Full Period.
  5. Click Execute.
  6. The cache generation begins and the cache files are stored at the following location, [Installation Drive]:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\data\_cache\engine\_gms-birt_18080\CacheJob\Consumption.
